Fan 200°C  Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min. Gas 7 Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove from all packaging. Place on a pre-heated baking tray near middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time. Air Fry Frozen  1400W 4Ltr  Cook time: - 17 min. Based on 1 fillet. Set temperature to 200°C. Remove from all packaging. Place into air fryer basket. Cook for 17 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
